CANVAS RESORT‘ Situated in the heart of nature Lonavala (10000 Ft. Above Sea Level), Canvas Resort offers its visitors a peaceful stay far from the chaos of the city. Surrounded by a variety of trees and being on the top of Mountain it takes us close to nature. Although Lonavla is known for its rich & natural beauty, mountains, Lakes, Canvas Resort is closer to various tourist points like Tiger Point, Lion Point, Mulshi Dam & Lake Aambey Valley, Bushi Dam, Boating Club and Kune Waterfall, these are some of the destinations which attract tourists from all over India majorly from around Mumbai & Pune. Canvas Resort also offers it’s visitors a typical taste of authentic Indian Veg delicacies. A variety of typical Indian Veg food gives the experience of what North & South India has to offer to its visitors. Along with authentic veg dishes, Canvas Resort is known for serving organic fresh vegetables and seasonal Fruits picked from local Farm Houses. With 5 Luxury Tents, 2 Luxury Container Room with Open Terrace and 2 Big Boss Tent House Canvas Resort can accommodate a group of 37 visitors at a time. They can also use its well-equipped kitchen if they are planning to cook their own food. We can accommodate a single group of 37 to 40 Person Also giving them the full privacy they are looking for. Lonavla can be visited all year round. Still, the monsoon seasons is regarded as the best time to visit the region. During this period, Lonavala, Specially Canvas Resort feels like in the Cloud and looks breathtakingly beautiful and picture-perfect with a splash of greenery all around. Enjoying bonfire in chilled winter nights is also fun. Thanks to Nature which has made the entire top of the mountain the Hidden beauties of this region.

Identity Proof: A Government notification requires Indian residents to carry proof of identity at the time of check-in. The proof of identity can either be the guest driving license, passport, voter identification card or Aadhaar card. Child Policy : Below 6 years without extra bed: Complementary 6-12 years: Chargeable 12 years and above: Will be considered as an extra adult. Extra bed, if required shall be charged, subject to availability on arrival. Taxes and Fees: Indirect taxes would be governed as per the current provisions of the GST Act. For accommodation, guest laundry, restaurant, banquet and spa services the place of supply will be the place where the immovable property is located/ the services are actually performed. Accordingly, CGST + SGST would be applied, except for supplies to SEZ. Airport Transfers: Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged through our Reservations Desk. Should you require assistance with airport transfers, please contact us or write to us at canvasreservation1@gmail.com. Early Arrivals: We recommend that the room be reserved from the previous night if the arrival is early in the morning and the room is required on arrival. Reservation Policy 1.Our check-in time is 13:00 hrs. and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. 2.Early check-in and late check-out can be extended subject to room availability and would be at an additional charge. 3.Cancellations received within 48 hours of the date of arrival, or a no-show will be charged a one-night room charge. Food and Beverages: Outside Food and Beverages are not allowed within the property since we have a fully operational restaurant, where we serve multicuisine dishes. Food and Beverages will be last available at 23:00 hrs. Important: Canvas Resort is built in a natural habitat keeping intact the wonderful eco-system of the western ghats. You might encounter reptiles but proper precautionary measures have been taken to keep them away. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- General Terms : • Canvas Resort, Lonavala reserves rights of admission. • The Room rate displayed on the registration card is per night. • Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 20:00hrs. • The hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left by the Guest in the guest room or accept any liability for loss incurred during their stay. • Storing of articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in the guest room is strictly prohibited. • Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by them. • For Indian nationals only-All cash payments INR 49,999/-& above will require a copy of PAN card. • Guest will be personally liable for all charges originating from their stay should their appointed Company/Agent fail to make the payment on guest behalf. • Guest will be responsible for their own self in case of usage of the facilities. Hotel Management will not be liable for any injury or mishappening occurred to guest (if any) while using the hotel Gymnasium). • Your opinion is valued. Please be informed that the hotel has the rights to charge you penalty if you are found smoking in a non-smoking area. • Hookah is not permitted in hotel room and premises. • The room key shall be returned to Front Desk upon departure, failing will attract the charges of INR 500/- per key.
