These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us governing the use of all our services directly or indirectly made available online or through any mobile device. By accessing, browsing, and using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Stayflexi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Stayflexi Platform and provide you with notice of the modifications by email at least 30 days before the date they become effective. Your continued use of the Stayflexi platform after the effective date of the revised Terms will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.1 The Stayflexi platform provides a marketplace where hotels can advertise their services and guests can make reservations.
1.2 When a reservation is made, the hotel and the guest enter into a contract directly with each other. Stayflexi does not become a party in the contractual relationship between the hotel and the guest. Stayflexi acts solely as an intermediary by transmitting the reservation details and confirmations between the hotel and the guest.
1.3 Stayflexi does not own, manage, or control any of the hotel listings in the marketplace. While Stayflexi ensures that hotels complete a standard verification process, Stayflexi does not endorse or certify any hotel. Stayflexi cannot guarantee the quality, suitability, ratings, reviews, or descriptions of any hotel. Images of hotels and rooms are intended only to indicate a photographic representation at the time the photo was taken.
